BASSIST
PRODUCER
EDUCATOR

Christos Zevos is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and educator with over 20 years experience performing all over the East Coast. In addition to being an accomplished performer on both electric and upright bass, Christos is equally at home on mandolin, violin, guitar, piano, and vocals. He has been teaching for eight years and currently teaches music at Boston College High School.

Education

Christos received his Bachelor's of Music degree in Double Bass Performance from the Boston Conservatory. He received his Master's of Music degree in Music Theory from the New England Conservatory. His doctoral studies were in music theory at the New England Conservatory

PERFORMANCES

Christos has performed at venues and festivals which include the Granada International Festival of Music & Dance in Granada Spain, The Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Symphony Space Manhattan, Boston's Symphony Hall, Jordan Hall, The Charles River Esplanade Hatch Shell, The Boston Opera House, Harvard's Sanders Theater, The Manhattan Children's Museum, The Brooklyn Children's Museum, The New York Jewish Museum, Long Island Children's Museum. 

ENSEMBLES

Performances with Luminarium Dance Company, the Harvard Bach Society Orchestra, the MIT Choir, the Boston Guitar Orchestra, the Boston Conservatory  Orchestra, Ben Rudnick and Friends, Groove Alliance, Introduction THE CHICAGO EXPERIENCE, Veronica Robles and her Mariachi.
